Bethany and Lindsay were married at The Willows in St. Kilda Road, Melbourne. I arrived around half an hour before the ceremony, which was to be held in the front courtyard of the venue. Bethany really has the most lovely smile – I’m sure her face was hurting after all the smiling – I would have pulled ‘bud-dams’ for a week after if I were her from sore smiling muscles… The ceremony was emotional and heart felt and afterwards we took family photos and a full group shot before heading into the reception. The food, ambiance and attention to detail are exquisite at the Willows, and luckily for me, they are one of the venues that treat outside suppliers working at the wedding, like human beings and I was properly fed (some send you down to the dungeon for gristle and dry bread…). Full dance floors and lots of fun was had by all, leading to a procession of honour for their exit.
Afterwards, we headed out to Fitzroy Gardens – one of my favourite Melbourne parks, then on to The Beach in St. Kilda. We had a brief stop at some gorgeous water features at the back of the Cathedral on Spring Street after leaving Fitzroy Gardens.
Anyway, here are some of their photos.
